Terms of Use for AnKnows

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnKnows ("AnKnows", "we", "our", or "the app").

By creating an account or using AnKnows, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. About AnKnows

AnKnows is a communication assistance application designed to help users understand messages, explore possible replies, and express their thoughts more naturally.

Features may include message interpretation, reply suggestions, rewriting assistance, communication preferences, saved people, communication history, and personalization features.

2. Communication Assistance Only

AnKnows provides communication suggestions and interpretations for informational and assistance purposes only.

Suggested interpretations are not statements of fact about another person's intentions, emotions, beliefs, or motivations.

You are responsible for deciding whether any interpretation or suggested response is appropriate for your circumstances.

3. AI-Generated and Automated Content

Some AnKnows features may use automated systems or artificial intelligence services to analyze text, generate suggested replies, rewrite messages, or provide other communication assistance.

Automated or AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or different from what another person actually means.

You should review generated content before sending or relying on it. AnKnows does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated suggestions.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information where required and not to use another person's account without authorization.

5. Your Content

You retain responsibility for messages, text, feedback, preferences, and other content that you submit to AnKnows.

By submitting content, you authorize AnKnows and its service providers to process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the requested features, maintain the service, personalize supported functionality, and provide results to you.

You should avoid submitting information that you do not have the right to use or disclose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AnKnows or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You may not attempt to:

• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service.
• Bypass usage limits, authentication, security, or access controls.
• Use automated methods to excessively access or overload the service.
• Use AnKnows to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service except where permitted by applicable law.

7. Usage Limits

AnKnows may apply technical or usage limits to certain features in order to protect service reliability, manage costs, prevent abuse, or maintain fair access.

These limits may change as the service develops.

8. Beta and Developing Features

AnKnows may offer beta, experimental, early-access, or developing features.

Such features may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or be removed without notice.

Feedback submitted about beta or experimental features may be used to improve AnKnows.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights in AnKnows are transferred to you.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnKnows is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that AnKnows will always be accurate, available, secure, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

Communication suggestions should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AnKnows and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

You remain responsible for messages you choose to send, decisions you make based on generated content, and your interactions with other people.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Account Termination and Deletion

You may stop using AnKnows at any time. You may request deletion through the Privacy & Data section of the app by selecting “Delete account permanently.”

You may also request account deletion by emailing support@anknows.com from the email address associated with your account.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of AnKnows is also subject to the AnKnows Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, and deleted.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as AnKnows develops or as legal, operational, or technical requirements change.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when these Terms were most recently revised.
